depends on the artist and the complexity of the drawing, if there is one character without clothes, for a beginner artist the borderline is between 25EV and 50EV, in clothes of some pose and with an appropriate expression of emotion 50 EV and 100EV when there are more characters, you usually pay a larger sum

100 2-3 character w/bg
Two to four panels
125 one character w/BG

Post the URL of the image you want to add. when you click REPLY it turns into a link. It has to be online someplace though and there's plenty of places to upload images for free like here or Imgur or a rule 34 site or ???
