depends on the artist and the complexity of the drawing, if there is one character without clothes, for a beginner artist the borderline is between 25EV and 50EV, in clothes of some pose and with an appropriate expression of emotion 50 EV and 100EV when there are more characters, you usually pay a larger sum

one panel:
50 for one character no BG
75 with BG
100 2-3 character w/bg
Two to four panels
125 one character w/BG
150 2-4 characters w.BG
Six to eight panels
150 one character w/bg
200 more characters w/bg

Depending on what the action is and/or how complex the BG or poses I might pay more
Panel(s) with no BG or simple poses less EV's
